01Systems & Engineering
- Rebuilt the IQAC website from a static HTML site into a 64-page Next.js 15 and Postgres platform (32-table schema) with a 7-role admin panel, so staff update content and records without a developer
- Digitised the paper School Level Presentation approval and TA/DA bill process for about 1,500 faculty, cutting turnaround from about a week to about a day
- Replaced per-school Excel sheets of guest and resource-person details, emailed in and reconciled by hand, with one form and live progress tracking against collection goals
- Shipped the university's first formal Document Management System and an MoU register holding 697 MoUs on record (2001–2026), retiring paper files and manual Excel tracking
- Consolidated the Centre for Partnership & Outreach's guest, partnership, MoU and contact records into one queryable database used as ranking and accreditation evidence
- Building Kortex, the university's SDG activity record: 26,286 records classified against the 17 UN SDGs and the five Viksit Bharat @2047 themes, cutting evidence compilation for each rankings cycle from months to weeks
02Rankings & Accreditation
- Verified and procured institutional data for the THE World University Rankings, normalised DataPoints scores across peer universities to find lagging pillars and presented the findings to KIIT leadership, contributing to KIIT's move from 601–800 to 501–600 and then 501–550
- Standardised and validated contribution data across 30 schools and 3,000+ faculty and staff for Times Higher Education, QS, NAAC and NBA submissions
- Compiled award entries and jury presentations for the THE Awards Asia, FICCI Higher Education Excellence Awards and QS Reimagine Education Awards, contributing to KIIT's THE Awards Asia 2026 shortlisting (International Strategy of the Year) and FICCI awards for Internationalisation (2025) and Excellence in Globalisation (2026)
- Wrote a 61-page diagnostic of KIIT's THE Impact Ratings 2026 result (88.4, band 101–200), rebuilding the score from THE's weights to within 0.4 points, and a 40-page submission action plan projecting a 4.0–4.35 point gain for the 2027–28 cycles
- This THE Impact Ratings 2027 work was a first step towards management, operations and analyst roles
03Publishing & Design
- The KIIT Model: Pioneering Higher Education towards the SDGs (ISBN 978-81-686145-2-9): editor, designer and compiler; co-authored two chapters and coordinated contributions from 20 authors
- K-Kollaborations: reviewed 130+ MoUs, wrote an abstract for each and mapped it to the UN SDGs, then designed and compiled the 156-page volume over four months
- Founded Kommuniqué, the IQAC's quarterly newsletter; designed its identity and edited, wrote and compiled four published issues
- Redesigned the institutional brochure (400+ copies circulated) and built a 70+ page University Profile deck for partnerships and executive meetings
- Designed exhibition, branding and presentation material for THE GSDC Congress (Jakarta), THE Asia Awards, QS Higher Education Summit (Goa), QS Summit (London) and the FICCI Higher Education Summit
04Events & Mentoring
- Managed logistics and overall event operations at the 61st Femina Miss India hosted at KIIT, as the only student on the core organising team
- Led a team of 15 volunteers at the AIU Vice Chancellors' Conference 2025 and designed its identity cards and banners
- Organised and coordinated the KIIT Academic Empowerment Programme; footfall of approximately 800+ faculty members and 200+ visiting resource persons
- Mentored 8 research trainees and ran the two-month IQAC Summer Training Programme, selecting the top 5 of 80+ applicants
